Dermalogica Launches BABTAC & CIBTAC Patron Rising Star Award

Dermalogica is proud to be the first BABTAC patron to announce the launch of the newest award at the upcoming 2024 BABTAC & CIBTAC awards to recognise the emerging and aspiring talents that are making a real impact on their clients and industry.

As active advocates for raising the reputation and success of skin therapists, Dermalogica wants to celebrate outstanding individuals who are driving success in their early careers, to inspire current and future professionals in our industry.

The prestigious BABTAC & CIBTAC Awards have been a key date in the beauty industry for over a decade, recognising and awarding the very best in industry through excellence, education, and professionalism.

The Dermalogica Rising Star Award is open to qualified Skin Therapists, with no more than 5- years industry experience, who are already making a notable impact with their exceptional practice standards, technical and retail skills, and business mindset. Applicants can use their social presence and business performance data to showcase their excellence. Beyond these skillsets the judges will be looking for individuals who demonstrate outstanding human connection and a commitment to their continued professional development. Applications can be submitted in written, presentational, or video format.

Alongside the accolade of the Dermalogica Rising Star Award, Dermalogica is thrilled to announce a unique addition to the prize which will facilitate opportunities to meet influential industry professionals they may not usually have access to. Dermalogica will arrange four Mentor Meetups with renowned industry personalities to support the winner’s continued professional development. Advice and guidance from industry veterans with global perspectives and varied experiences can uncover opportunities, steer progress and drive career growth.
