RevitaLash Celebrates its Third Year In Partnership with Future Dreams
RevitaLash Cosmetics, renowned for its innovative lash and brow conditioning products, marks its third year in partnership with the UK-based breast cancer charity, Future Dreams.
The partnership between RevitaLash and Future Dreams is built on a shared commitment to supporting individuals affected by breast cancer. RevitaLash has worked closely with Future Dreams to provide practical and emotional support to those diagnosed with the disease. This includes fundraising efforts and product donations that help women undergoing treatment feel beautiful and regain confidence.
RevitaLash has sponsored events like the Future Dreams fashion show. This empowering event allows women touched by breast cancer to walk the runway, showcasing their strength and resilience and recently raised £250,000. RevitaLash donates their signature lash and brow conditioning serums to participants, many of whom have lost their lashes and brows due to chemotherapy, helping them see a significant improvement in growth and thickness.
About Future Dreams
Future Dreams was founded in 2008 by Sylvie Henry and Danielle Leslie, both of whom were diagnosed with breast cancer. The charity aims to ensure that no one faces breast cancer alone by focusing on three core areas: support, awareness, and research.
Support: Future Dreams provides a range of support services, including workshops, one-to-one therapies, and professional advice, to help individuals manage the physical and emotional impacts of breast cancer.
Awareness: The charity runs campaigns to educate the public about the importance of early detection and the signs of breast cancer.
Research: Future Dreams funds vital research into secondary (metastatic) breast cancer, aiming to improve treatments and outcomes for those affected by this incurable stage of the disease.
The Revitalash Eternally Pink Pledge
RevitaLash Cosmetics stands out not only for its high-quality beauty products but also for its deep-rooted philanthropic efforts. The brand was founded by Dr. Michael Brinkenhoff in honour of his wife, Gayle, who was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. This personal connection drives the company's ongoing commitment to breast cancer research and support initiatives.
Every October, RevitaLash participates in Breast Cancer Awareness Month by donating $2 for every pink-sleeved product sold to various breast cancer charities worldwide. This initiative is part of their "Eternally Pink Pledge," which supports breast cancer awareness, research, and education initiatives year-round.
In addition to its charitable partnerships, RevitaLash hosts the annual Gayle Brinkenhoff Breast Cancer Symposium at City of Hope, a leading cancer research and treatment centre. This symposium brings together global research scientists and clinicians to discuss the latest advancements and best practices in breast cancer treatment. The event aims to foster collaboration and share groundbreaking research, focusing on personalized and integrative approaches to care.
