At Parfums de Marly, a fragrance only sees the light once it has been honed, tried and further refined over time. For Perseus, the Maison took that approach even further. The reason is that perfume, particularly when it incorporates natural ingredients such as citrus, is a matter of alchemy, which depends on pH balance (dry skin is more “acidic,” for example) and melanin levels.
