Beauty to Stay Closed as Tier 4 Extended Across Most of England From 31st December
Tier 4 has been extended in England from 31st of December and an additional 20 million people will move into Tier 4 in which non-essential retail, including the personal care sector, must close.
All areas previously put into Tier 4 will remain in Tier 4;
