With sweater weather coming onto us - where the sweater is not just blue, it’s not turquoise, it’s not lapis, it’s actually cerulean (thank you Miranda Priestly), the Cerulean blue are the outfit accessory of choice.
The new shade is surprisingly versatile - complementing both dark and light complexion, and a verity of skin tones, and the great thing about the blue nail trend is that there's a shade to suit every taste.
