Over the last few years, Live True expert stylist, Szindy, has become a master of balayage techniques, including the highly requested Foilage. Szindy is part of the artistic team and a Redken artist and loves to incorporate her personal style into her work. Textured waves and tape hair extensions are her forte, as well as creating the ultimate blended balayage.

What does the course include?

Over this 6-hour intensive course, Szindy will take you through the necessary steps to create a seamless, glamorous and Instagrammable blend, in express timing.

Brunette Balayage

After much trial and error, Live True expert stylist, Natalia, has developed methods to create the perfect brunette balayage with effortless, time-effective, and seamless results. Natalia has built up an impressive portfolio of creative work that is high fashion yet wearable, as well as an extensive brunette clientele. 

What does the course include?

This 6-hour course will include Natalia showcasing her go-to methods to achieve all kinds of balayage, to suit a range of skin and hair tones. In this extensive course, you will learn everything from what technique to use, to what percentage of developer to use, and even when to rinse. You’ll be a brunette balayage pro in no time!

Depth & Dimension

Live True expert stylist, Ludo, has seen the return of natural, dimensional, and low maintenance looks in recent years. He also noticed that while many have focussed on learning about bold blonding, there is a lack of better understanding in the industry for low-lighting and depth. He also advocated that as a stylist, it’s important to understand that everyone’s lifestyles and budgets vary, and so knowing how to effectively create looks that will keep them feeling good about themselves, no matter how low maintenance, is paramount to being a successful stylist.

What does the course include?

Ludo designed this class to focus on the concept of colour depth and dimension. The 6-hour session will cover everything from a deeper understanding of colour theory to hair chemistry. The class will also teach you when to incorporate more, when to leave what’s already there, and when to take it away. His aim is to help build confidence and knowledge, allowing you to feel empowered and inspired as a stylist, and feel excited to take these new techniques back to your salon.
