The journey begins with AIRE's signature thermal circuit, a sequence of seven distinct baths each set at varying temperatures to promote relaxation and rejuvenation. These include the Tepidarium (36°C) for gentle unwinding, the Caldarium (40°C) for deep muscle relaxation, and the Frigidarium, featuring cold baths at 14°C and 10°C to invigorate the senses. Additional elements like the Balneum (a hydrotherapy jet bath), Vaporium (an aromatic steam room infused with eucalyptus and mint), and the Flotarium (a saltwater bath for effortless floating) further enhance the multisensory experience. ​
