Oura Ring 4

ŌURA has announced the launch of its latest wearable, the Oura Ring 4, featuring innovative Smart Sensing technology designed to enhance health tracking accuracy and user comfort.

Key Features:

  • Smart Sensing Technology: The Oura Ring 4 dynamically adapts to individual finger physiology, improving signal quality for metrics such as SpO2, heart rate, and breathing patterns.

  • Redesigned Profile: The ring boasts a thinner, all-titanium design with recessed sensors, offering enhanced comfort for continuous wear.

  • Expanded Options: Available in 12 sizes (4-15) and six finishes, including a new glossy Black with tungsten PVD coating.

A study conducted in August 2024 revealed that the Oura Ring 4 delivers a 30% improvement in overnight SpO2 accuracy and a 15% enhancement in breathing disturbance index accuracy compared to its predecessor. Additionally, users experienced fewer gaps in heart rate tracking.

Alongside the hardware upgrade, ŌURA has revamped its app interface, now featuring three tabs—Today, Vitals, and My Health—to provide both daily insights and long-term health metrics, including Cardiovascular Age and Stress Resilience.

In the UK, the Oura Ring 4 is priced starting at £349, with certain finishes like Brushed Silver and Stealth available at £399, and Gold and Rose Gold at £499. An optional membership is offered at £5.99 per month or £69.99 per year. The ring is available for order on ŌURA's official website and through select retailers, including John Lewis and Amazon.
