The award-winning spa and skincare brand, GAIA Skincare, is thrilled to appoint Jessica Scullion as their new Head of Sales, along with the internal promotion of Amy Harper, to Head of Development and Distribution.

After a busy 2023, the holistic wellness brand is thrilled to now have 50 spa partners across the UK and Europe, with the two new staffing appointments set to support the continued growth of the business over the year ahead too.

Jessica Scullion has rejoined GAIA, previously at Hydrafacial, after two years supporting omnichannel sales within EMEA. As the original National Sales Manager, Jessica supported the launch of GAIA Skincare and the opening of the flagship spa at Boringdon Hall, along with securing the first spa partner accounts within the UK & Ireland. She is thrilled to realign with her values and roots, rejoining GAIA at such an exciting time.

With a plethora of knowledge from 19 years of experience within the spa industry, Jessica has worked her way from a massage therapist, working on cruise ships, to spa trainer, and then on to spa manager, overseeing the successful opening of two new-build spas. Jessica has a strong sales background, having worked in account management roles over the past 8 years, she understands and appreciates how best to support and grow partner accounts.

As a brand that truly believes in personal growth and development, GAIA is pleased to announce the promotion of Amy Harper from Training and Development Manager to her new role as Head of Development and Distribution.

With over a decade of beauty & spa experience, Amy started her career in Bath, soon working her way up to Spa Manager. After completing her teaching qualification, went to work and travel around the globe, learning traditional Thai Massage techniques in Thailand, along with spending a couple of years working in Australia. After settling back in Cornwall, Amy joined the GAIA team in 2018, where she oversaw the training of spa therapists of all new accounts across the UK and Ireland.

On her return from maternity leave, the GAIA Skincare team is delighted to have her back in the new development and distribution role, where she will oversee the smooth delivery of products and resources to spa partners, overseeing the training team and working closely with GAIA founder, Diane Nettleton, in the development of new skincare products.
