Beauty Works Appoints Claire Duffield as Education Manager

Beauty Works, the leading brand in luxury hair extensions, is delighted to announce the appointment of Claire Duffield as its new Education Manager.

This pivotal role will see Claire lead a groundbreaking initiative designed to empower salons across the country with personalised, on-site education. This innovative approach is a testament to Beauty Works’ ongoing commitment to support and grow salon businesses, marking a significant shift in the traditional education model.

Historically, salons have had to travel to major cities such as London or Manchester to access premier education on hair extension services. Recognising the need for more accessible and tailored educational support, Beauty Works has introduced a team of 12 new education specialists. This elite group, under Claire’s leadership, will bring Beauty Works’ renowned training directly to salons, ensuring they can excel in their extension services and business growth without geographical constraints.

Claire Duffield brings a wealth of experience and passion to her new role. With a distinguished career in hair education and a deep understanding of the industry, Claire is ideally suited to lead this dynamic team. Her vision aligns perfectly with Beauty Works’ mission to deliver high-quality education and support to salons nationwide.

This announcement follows a transformative 12 months for Beauty Works, during which the company has significantly expanded its support for salon partners. Alongside the education team, Beauty Works has welcomed a team of 10 regional sales professionals and 10 marketing experts, all committed to providing salons with the tools they need to succeed in a competitive market.

Nick Ineson, Sales Director at Beauty Works, highlighted the depth of experience and dedication within the new sales team, stating, "Our sales team brings together over 108 years of combined experience. This wealth of knowledge and passion for the industry positions us uniquely to support our salon partners in ways they’ve never experienced before, and we’re delighted to welcome Claire into the fold to lead this team. We're not just about supplying world-class products; we're here to ensure our partners thrive through exceptional support and insight."

The introduction of regional educators and the expansion of the sales and marketing teams underscore Beauty Works' commitment to fostering the success of salon businesses nationwide. By delivering education and support directly to their doorstep, Beauty Works is setting a new standard in the hair extension industry and reinforcing its position as a true partner to salons.
